I had the pleasure of spending the last nine days in Las Vegas, well, in Summerlin, on the outskirts of the city proper. All week I was overwhelmed with a feeling I couldn't put my finger on. Until today. The city is nestled snuggly by several mountain ranges, making it a bit hidden from the outside world. A bartender at my hotel one night this week said, "This place really is one big mirage..." And that's how it's felt. Almost not real. I gasp in awe each day as I admire the majestic view of the mountains on my drive in to the office. So as excited as I am to get home, I'm equally as sad to leave. Knowing there's nothing like it I've ever experienced, unless I come here. More to come, time for my flight.

Leaving Las Vegas was on of my greatest challenges, especially moving to Minnesota.

And after being in Minnesota for the past week, I'd go as far as to say you were crazy to ever move back here, lol!

With lots of time left in life, we can always move there someday!
